The frame length of FreshFocus is 2.1 m (83 in).
LasX's LightGuide® software is the link between the operator and FreshFocus. Its user interface allows operators to upload and optimize designs for production.
LasX's industrial process controller plays a key role in delivering capabilities not seen in other technology solutions including on-the-fly laser material processing.
FreshFocus integrates an optional drop collection system that extracts laser cut features in packaging film.
FreshFocus integrates an optional high speed, inline inspection solution that performs continuous monitoring of perforations on-the-fly.
FreshFocus supports two different web widths: 1.4 m (55 in) web or 1.8 m (71 in) web, and L-R or R-L configuration.
Three module configurations (LPM1, LPM2, LPM3) are offered, each with an optimized beam delivery and choice of laser powers.
FreshFocus leverages LasX's control technology for automated, independent cross web positioning of each laser module.
Bank 1 can accommodate 1-4 LPMs for maximum laser processing versatility.
Bank 2 can accommodate 1-4 LPMs for maximum laser processing versatility.
Certain utilities are needed to ensure the FreshFocus equipment solution runs smoothly.

While we offer many options with FreshFocus, below is a list of features that are immutable:
Three main configurations are available: LPM1, LPM2, and LPM3.
LPM1: A fixed beam enables repeat and registered down-web scoring and precision perforating for easy opening.
LPM2: Adds a scanner for micro-perforation (single-hole drilling) and pattern contouring for small features.
LPM3: Offers the largest laser processing area for full cross-web laser processing, with the flexibility to switch between full cross-web coverage with larger features and small, targeted areas with smaller patterns.
FreshFocus supports two different max web widths*
*Larger web widths or other special requests will be considered custom equipment
